Information for memorial cards/bookmarks
| Memoriam Cards of Distinction |
The overall size of the single card is 68mm x 114mm. The overall size of the folded card when open is 114mm x 138mm. The overall size of the bookmark is 55mm x 167mm.
All cards and bookmarks are printed on white card stock.
We print only the information you have given clearly on the order form and we cannot be held responsible for discrepancies after cards and bookmarks have been printed.
Please choose from any of the verses numbered 1 to 12 for the foot of the cards - there is no additional charge. If you have a particular preference for any one of our print styles please indicate this when placing your order.

| Orders with photographs |
|
If placing orders for in memoriam cards/bookmarks, please state which style you require e.g. square with no frame/ black frame/ or oval with no border/black frame. (See examples at foot of gallery page).
We will copy photographs into our traditional style rectangular black border if preference is not stated on the order form
If you prefer to post the order please forward your favourite photograph, preferably an original. Scanned printouts may give poorer results. This can be taken from any size and/or group photograph. We will re-size it to fit the photo frame for the cards, either colour or black and white. Please do not send negatives and do not cut the photograph, which will be returned with your order.
If forwarding a photograph via email, please save as a jpg.file and send as an insert attachment to your email.
N.B. Whilst every effort is made to safeguard your photograph while in our care, we cannot be held responsible for losses in the post.

| Orders without photographs |

If ordering a memoriam card or bookmark without photographs a black and white cross with lillies will be put in place (see example at foot of gallery page).

| Folded Cards |
|
Folded cards come with two verses, one on the inside right and one for the back. You may choose verses in any order you require:- there is no additional charge.

| Bookmarks |
|
Bookmarks numbered 17-24 are overprinted with any of our verses at no additional cost. We can also print as above with a plain white background if preferred.

LAMINATED RECTANGULAR PHOTOGRAPH ENLARGEMENT
Size 5" x 7" of the deceased member of your family or friend can be purchased at a cost of £2.50 each. Lamination coating protects your photograph or memoriam cards from overhandling, over exposure to light and fading to digital printouts.
TWO LINE ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE NOTICE PAGE ON OUR WEBSITE
A two line announcement of the date of the death. This consists of name and date of death or name and date of birth and date of death Free service If placing an order for memoriam cards, bookmarks or thank you cards.
